An old flat roof stripped off and laid again in EPDM rubber, dressed up the wall of the house and trimmed along the edges.

What we did

  • The old flat roof was stripped off and a new one laid in EPDM rubber.
  • The membrane runs the length of the roof and turns the corner over the lower section at the front.
  • It is dressed up the wall of the house and capped with a trim along the top.
  • Black trim runs along the outer edges, above the fascia.
  • Photographed finished, from each end.
